Since the pandemic we have been experiencing a large volume of appointments not arriving or cancelling.
As a small three-man business this is not sustainable, so we have changed the way we book in work. We have always taken a fee for rolling road and remapping, but we have also decided to do the same for diagnostic and DPF assessments where you require same day attention.

To make an appointment: –

1 :- Please read all the information on this page and then fill in the appropriate form for your booking at the bottom of this page this will then be emailed to us directly saving time and confusion.

2:_After filling in the appropriate form please call (01603 702400) to make the required payment under our terms and conditions below and arrange a suitable booking date .

If you have already called us and we have made a provisional booking but have been advised to go to this booking section of the web site then no time to repair your vehicle will be allocated until you have completed the appropriate form and made the necessary payment in which case you may arrive and be disappointed that we cannot attend to you car promptly .

Our booking terms and conditions.
You can book in as normal with no pre-payment but there is no timescale, we cannot guarantee that the vehicle will be looked at promptly.

  •  For priority bookings rolling road \ remapping \ diagnostic \ DPF assessments requiring same day attention these are the required payments :-
  •  For DPF assessment we will take a payment of £120.
  •  For remapping and fault finding we will take a payment of £120.
  •  For rolling road we will take a payment of £144.
  • This payment is not a deposit. It is for a time session allocation fee.
    If you miss your booking, cancel at short notice (we require two days working notice to change or cancel) if not the payment cannot be refunded.
    We can only refund the time allocated payment if we managed to fill the slot with another job at short notice.

Due to the unknown content of fault finding and for us to provide a professional assessment there is no fixed time scale for this work.
All vehicles booked in will be required for a minimum of one day irrespective of the type of repair.

Please note that we have no waiting facilities and unless explicitly arranged before your appointment your vehicle will need to be left with us there is no while you wait or hanging around you will need to arrange transport home.

Here’s why we don’t offer while-you-wait service for vehicle repairs:

While some repairs may be relatively quick and straightforward, others may require more time for proper diagnosis, repair, and testing.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE IS AT LEAST HALF A TANK OF FUEL IN YOUR VEHICLE ON ARRIVAL SO WE CAN TEST / ROAD TEST
